Terms & Conditions

Payment

• As much as I love entertaining and have a lot of fun whilst doing it, I do need to get paid to cover my income tax, national insurance, bills, public liability insurance, etc. Please ensure payment is made promptly in accordance with the option you chose above. Failure to do so may result in the immediate termination of my services.

Venue Access & Parking

• I require access to your specified venue one hour before the event is due to begin and for up to one hour afterwards to allow me to setup and pack away.

• Due to the heavy equipment I’ll be required to bring to your booking, please ensure there is a free and legal parking space close to the venue, with easy access. This applies to all venues, no matter the location. If you believe parking may be an issue or if there is not access to a free and legal parking space, please contact me before submitting this booking form.

Booking Form Details

• Please ensure you have thoroughly checked all the details shown on the above booking form and that they are all present and correct. If find any details to be incorrect after submitting the booking form, please contact me at the earliest possible convenience.

Weather Permitting

• If your booking relies on the weather, a suitable alternative indoor or sheltered area/venue should be made available. If the weather is not suitable for my performance and an alternative space is not provided, my services may be terminated with immediate effect and full payment will still be due.

• If you need to cancel due to the weather, I am afraid you will still be required to follow my cancellation terms which are outlined below.

Other Activities

• If you have booked additional entertainment to perform alongside me (i.e. Bouncy Castle, Face Painter, Mascot, etc.) then please discuss this with me before submitting this booking form. This is so we can discuss the best way for me to perform alongside such entertainment.

Photos & Videos

• Everyone who is attending your event is welcome to take any photos or recordings during the entertainment I provide. All I ask is whoever is taking the photos or recordings, they avoid standing in the performance area, trampling over children or blocking someone’s view of the performance.

• If any photos or recordings are to be used in the public domain, such as social media, please feel free to share the love by tagging “KL Parties” on Facebook or by leaving a link to my website, www.klparties.co.uk on the post. Thank you.

Cancellation

• If you cancel your booking with me for any reason, with less than 60 days’ notice, you are liable to pay 50% of the total fee. If you cancel your booking with me for any reason, with less than 30 days’ notice, you are liable to pay 100% of the total fee.

• In the unlikely event that I am unable to attend your event (due to ill health, etc.), I will let you know as soon as humanly possible AND I will make every effort to organise a suitable replacement. No fee will be due.

Damages

• If any of my equipment is damaged by someone other than me during your booking, it is your responsibility to pay for any repairs or replacement equipment that is required and please note, my services may also be terminated with immediate effect.
