Sophie is one of our resident Face Painters and Balloon Artists! If you want your face painted as a Tiger or a Clown, as Batman or Butterflies, there are no limits to the creations she can do. Fun fact, Sophie first started face painting at the age of 10!

Our Story
Originally launching in August 2013 across South Wales, Liam created KL Parties to provide people with a style of entertainment that, at the time, was only seen on Holiday Parks. Sadly, August 2015 saw the business close as Liam made the difficult decision to move away from his home and family in South Wales to follow his dreams of being a Holiday Park Entertainer, in Scotland! After 7 full seasons and 5 different locations, in October 2021, he finally decided it was time to leave the world of entertainment behind and focus on his new family he had started in Carlisle, Cumbria. With a job as Deputy General Manager for Buzz Bingo and a growing family, his life began to move on. Fast forward to October 2022, when Liam realised entertainment will always be his passion, so he left his job and joined forces with life long friend and entertainer, Craig Dockray to begin the rebirth of KL Parties! Since that rebirth, Craig has returned to Holiday Parks full time in Exeter and Liam is now running KL Parties full time, regularly touring Holiday Parks across the UK as a Magician & Vocalist, as well as performing locally in Cumbria for Children's Events, Birthdays, Pubs & Clubs.

The main question we get asked is what does KL Parties stands for, let us explain! When Liam & Craig decided to launch KL Parties in Cumbria, they had both lost a special someone in their family who they were incredibly close to. For Liam, that was his Bamp (Grandad), Kenneth Bernard Tanner. A man who inspired Liam to become the man he is today. His Bamp helped him run KL Parties the first time round, driving him everywhere, helping with costs and so much more. He was and still is Liam's hero. For Craig, it was his Mam, Lynn Dockray. Similar to Liam's Bamp, Craig's Mam meant the absolute world to him. She was Craig's number 1 fan, she was his go to person for anything! Whether he wanted advice, a friendly smile or a good old cuddle, she was always there for him. As a result, when KL Parties relaunched, it was renamed in their memory as Kenneth & Lynn Parties.

The original mission of KL Parties was to ensure a "Quality service, at a quality price" and although a lot has changed since KL Parties first launched, the mission remains the same. KL Parties is rapidly growing to become one of the leading entertainment providers in our area with a huge variety of entertainment on offer!
